This course is designed to provide learners the knowledge, skills and attitude to become competent Electrical Technologist in accordance with industry standards.
Upon completion ofthis course, the graduates will be able to work in industries where they can perform duties like carrying out installation and maintenance of EMI, transmission and distribution system, switchgear & protection system, electric motors, transformer components, backup power supply, applying fundamentals of power electronics, carrying out electrical design & drawing and applying Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) at workshop.
To obtain the qualification of Applied Electrical Technology (Diploma), all learning outcomes prescribed for this qualification must be achieved.
